Sun Minggao (President) is a doctor of Management (Tianjin University) and doctor of Economics (Peking University). Sun Minggao has an international reputation, and is a guest professor at the Asian Institute of Management in Singapore, and at the University of Southern California. At Tactician University, he is the director of doctoral students.

Wang Dong (Vice -President) is a doctor of Economics (Harbin Institute of Technology), and is responsible for overseeing training and education.

Zheng Jianshe (Vice -President) is a certified public accountant and the manager of market development at TACTICIAN.

Tactician University has 50 full time teachers employed by TACTICIAN Group, and 50 part-time professors who continue to work as business industry professionals.
